Hi my name is Cheryl Ayotte. After seven years in real estate as a solo agent, I’m super excited to join such a dynamic team of women at The BPR Experience.

Prior to selling real estate, I spent many years as a paralegal helping families through very challenging situations. It was so heartbreaking to see the dissolution of families that after a while I felt compelled to help people find comfort, safety and joy in a new beginning and home. I will go above and beyond to ensure my clients maintain that sense of excitement when finding the perfect home. Nothing is more rewarding when that happens!

I’ve dedicated my personal life to serving others as an avid volunteer. Perhaps you have seen me volunteering around town with Chanhassen Rotary? My other passion project revolves around helping veterans and their families in our community. If you or someone you know has served and needs help navigating services, please reach out.

I am a longtime resident of Chanhassen, where I live with my husband, Bob and our sassy blonde Chihuahua, Lucy. My daughter recently moved back to the neighborhood and my dear mother moved in with us. Fortunately, we were able to remodel our home to suit our new multi-generational needs. This was quite the project and a true labor of love. If you want to know more, I’ve got stories to share!

When I find some downtime, I enjoy being a part of a gourmet cooking club and trying new recipes! I always enjoy a good book, antique shopping and gardening.
